Foundry and machining under one roof
From pattern design to the finished, CNC-machined component, every step stays under our own control in Konya.
Cast Iron & Steel Casting
Grey and ductile iron in EN-GJL and EN-GJS grades, plus carbon and low-alloy steel, poured on green sand moulding lines.

From pattern to finished component
Seven controlled stages of cast iron manufacturing, all in the same plant.
01
Pattern & Core
Tooling and cores are produced in our own pattern shop from your drawing or 3D model.
02
Melting
The charge is melted in induction furnaces and adjusted to the target grade.
03
Moulding & Pouring
Green sand moulding; molten iron is poured at a controlled temperature.
04
Fettling
Shake-out, gate removal, shot blasting and grinding.
05
CNC Machining
Turning, milling and drilling down to final drawing tolerances.
06
Quality Control
Spectral analysis, hardness, dimensional inspection and NDT.
07
Export & Delivery
Packing, export documentation and shipment to your facility.
Materials & grades
Standard grades we pour to EN 1561 and EN 1563. Custom chemistry on request.
Grey Iron Casting
EN 1561 / EN-GJL
Excellent damping and machinability; the workhorse grade for housings and frames.
| Grade | Legacy | Tensile Rm | Hardness | Typical application |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| EN-GJL-150 | GG15 | 150–250 MPa | 125–205 HB | Covers, counterweights, low-load housings |
| EN-GJL-200 | GG20 | 200–300 MPa | 150–230 HB | Pump housings, gearbox bodies |
| EN-GJL-250 | GG25 | 250–350 MPa | 180–250 HB | Machine frames, cylinder blocks |
| EN-GJL-300 | GG30 | 300–400 MPa | 200–275 HB | Hydraulic bodies, high-load housings |
Ductile Iron Casting
EN 1563 / EN-GJS
Nodular graphite gives steel-like strength and elongation with cast iron economics.
| Grade | Legacy | Tensile Rm | Hardness | Typical application |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| EN-GJS-400-15 | GGG40 | 400 MPa | 130–180 HB | Pipe fittings, brackets, suspension parts |
| EN-GJS-500-7 | GGG50 | 500 MPa | 170–230 HB | Gearbox housings, pulleys, flywheels |
| EN-GJS-600-3 | GGG60 | 600 MPa | 190–270 HB | Crankshafts, gears, high-stress parts |
| EN-GJS-700-2 | GGG70 | 700 MPa | 225–305 HB | Heavy-duty machine components |

- 02
Brinell hardness
Hardness checked against the specified grade range.
- 03
Tensile testing
Cast test bars pulled to verify Rm and elongation.
- 04
Ultrasonic testing
Non-destructive inspection for internal discontinuities.
- 05
Dimensional inspection
First-article and in-process dimensional control against drawing.
- 06
Sand & moulding control
Moulding sand properties monitored to keep surface quality stable.
