CNC machining for iron castings
We ship finished components, not raw castings. CNC turning and machining centres bring every part to final drawing tolerances before it leaves Konya.
Buying CNC machined iron castings from one supplier removes the gap where most quality problems appear: the handover between foundry and machine shop. When the same company pours and machines the part, datum choices, machining allowance and fixturing are decided together.
Crankshaft machining, housing bore work and face milling all run on parts we cast ourselves, so we already know how each grade behaves under the tool.

Machining operations
CNC turning
Rotational parts — pulleys, flywheels, flanged bodies and shafts.
Machining centres
Milling, drilling, tapping and boring of housings and bodies.
Crankshaft machining
Turning and grinding of ductile iron crankshafts to final tolerance.
Finishing
Deburring, surface treatment and priming before packing.
What we control
- Machining allowance agreed at the tooling stage
- Dedicated fixtures for repeat production
- First-article inspection before series release
- In-process dimensional checks against drawing
- Assembly of sub-components on request
