Quality control from melt to shipment
Nothing leaves the plant on assumption. Chemistry, mechanical properties and dimensions are measured, recorded and shipped with the parts.
Iron casting quality is decided before the metal is poured. We verify the chemical composition of every melt with a spectrometer and correct it in the furnace, rather than discovering a deviation after shake-out.
After casting, parts are checked mechanically and dimensionally. Test reports travel with the shipment so incoming inspection at your end has something to compare against.

What we measure
Chemical composition
Spectral analysis of every melt before pouring.
Mechanical properties
Cast test bars pulled for tensile strength and elongation.
Hardness
Brinell testing against the specified grade range.
Internal soundness
Ultrasonic inspection for internal discontinuities.
Documentation you receive

- Material certificate per batch
- Chemical analysis report
- Mechanical test results where specified
- Dimensional inspection report for first articles
- Packing list and export documentation
